House for Sublease Fall 2023

My friends and I are looking to sublet our house for the fall semester 2023 (August-December). It’s in an awesome location (you can see it from the Boot), right near the new police station, and a 2 minute walk to campus. We are subletting this house as either a unit of 8, or 2 separate units of 4. Each unit of 4 is fully furnished and has 4 rooms, 1.5 bathrooms, a kitchen, living room, and balcony. There is a spacious backyard and a washer and dryer for each unit. The house has central AC, and all appliances are new. The landlord is great, he lives lives local and is extremely responsive.
