Hello! I am looking to sublet my room to a female. This is for the upstairs unit apartment on Green Street starting in June 2023 through December 2023 ( can start in august as well). This apartment is a 10 minute walk from the business school! The apartment has two bedrooms and one bath and you would be living with one other girl (we are both rising juniors). The apartment has a balcony, off street parking, wifi, TV, fully renovated kitchen, central AC, and washer/dryer in unit. The room will be furnished with lots of closet space, natural light, and a full size bed.  Rent negotiable.
